eCertified Documents

We are proud to announce that we have added the ability to certify Official Records through the Clerk eCertify function provided by Triedata.   This highly technical and convenient new service is designed to combat fraudulent mortgages, deeds, and other county public documents.  Now Clerk staff can quickly and efficiently provide documents electronically to customers and certify their authenticity in a secure system. This service uses advanced encrypted features to produce tamper-proof, secure, electronically certified official records. 
Most documents recorded in the County’s Official Records are available for Clerk eCertify, including but not limited to marriage licenses, deeds, mortgages, notices of commencement, final judgments, and more. Documents that have restricted viewing access on the internet cannot be eCertified; however, certified copies of these documents can still be obtained by visiting the Clerk’s Office in person.
