Internal Services provides services to the public and to other Clerk's departments. Included in this department are:
Appeals
Located in Room 105 on the first floor of the Indian River County Courthouse.(772) 770-5185
Extension 3164 An appeal can be made on a judicial decision or an administrative decision. No form is available to use to file an appeal; however, information on the appeal process can be found in the Law Library located in the Indian River County Courthouse. Filing fees are due at the time of filing the appeal and if the filing fees are not paid within 10 days of the filing date, the Appellate court will be notified as to the reason the record is not being prepared. Payment for the preparation of the appeal record is due at the time of the receipt of the statement for preparation fees. The appeal record will not be sent to the respective panel until the preparation fees have been paid.
Cashiers
Located off the lobby in the Indian River County Courthouse (772) 770-5185
Extensions 3109 and 3110 Cashiers are available from 8:00 A.M. until 5:15 P.M. Monday through Friday. They handle all cash payments to the Clerk's office except recording fees.
Information Booth
The Information Booth can be reached at 772-770-5185 during the hours the Indian River County Courthouse is open.
